Bring the right leadership into your district – efficiently, strategically, and with student-centered focus.
Our program will provide superintendents in their first few years of the superintendency with access to experienced superintendents for mentoring and coaching. Superintendents in this cohort will have both whole group and individual meetings to assist them with the intricacies and demands of the job. The collaborative support of experienced superintendents and the network of other new superintendents in Illinois will help superintendents navigate day to day duties, annual requirements and provide roundtable discussions to successfully perform their duties as a district’s education leader.
